the smaller one in VCD is used for ships and smaller builds.

e.g.: how will a non technical founder avoid cyberattack in his project ?

Emeka Pharaoh is proof that you can thrive in Nigeria without having to pack up and move to Lagos. The dream sold by Lagos is a mirage. Out of millions of people who march to Lagos yearly in pursuit of these dreams, only a tiny handful make it. Young people should start to plot their career paths as though Lagos does not exist. This isn't life at all. Loads of people are making it all over Nigeria outside of Lagos. Heck, I honestly believe that Lagos state alone contributes about 70% to Nigeria's life expectancy being as low as it is. Save yourselves from the unfortunate Lagos pressure. It's not worth it.
