A $100 flight voucher does not excuse the awful service we are facing, especially when they did not offer us a refund. I am now dealing with a 65+ hour trip and I learned my lesson about why everyone hates @FlyFrontier.

After cancelling our flight back to Seattle after a 14 hour layover in Vegas, @FlyFrontier made a false promise stating they would put us in a hotel for the night until the next available flight. They are now refusing the offer and will not offer a hotel even in 113 degree heat.

It is such a bittersweet moment to be done with #POEcap and soon to be done with #ENVIR492. So happy that I got the opportunity to meet so many amazing individuals and I cannot wait to see where everyone goes after graduation.
