Today marks five years ago since the day I almost died. I had an emergency surgery within an hour of being admitted into the emergency room. I had four surgeries in a little over a month and lost over forty pounds in the first two weeks.

Another thing I have learned is to appreciate everything you have no matter how small. Whenever things may be going bad just pray. Prayer🙏 Works! All Glory To God ✝️ because without him I wouldn’t be alive.

These past five years have been filled with some joyful moments and some very low moments. But I wouldn’t trade those moments for anything. The most important thing I have learned is to never take people for granted because tomorrow is not promised to anyone.

This will likely be my last Twitter post ever. I have really reserved Twitter for Stephs baseball. We tragically lost our beloved son last night and life will never be the same. He had put ALL of his faith in Jesus and I KNOW he is with him in heaven. We love you so much son.
