@JuggernautBron The fact that bulls roster was able to take them to overtime in one game is an achievement. Course MJ dropped 61 on them

I mean with that logic Bron beat the 73 win warriors without another star. Kyrie had worse stats than Jamal that year and didn’t make all star. Ppl definitely called Jamal Murray a star! He averaged 24 5 and 6 in the playoffs. He averaged 26 and the Nuggets won the chip. You crazy my man. 😂

Crazy to think that when we saw MJ go up against the closest thing to a modern point forward like Bron (who isn’t even close to as good as Bron) he got demolished. Never sniffed a playoff series win. Hell couldn’t even get a game!!! Now do Bron vs a modern day MJ. It’s a blowout. Literally swept that man with a worse team in 2018. 😂 Let’s look at some more.

@JuggernautBron If it’s important I find it curious how it didn’t stop you from reminding people that Jordan couldn’t win a playoff game early on even tho his team was healthy ( although talentless) against an alltime Celtics teams with 4 great players. “He got demolished”

@JuggernautBron Being a star player now doesn’t mean he was then. No one ever saw him as one or called him one.. does having Murray labeled a star change how losing to them should be viewed?

@JuggernautBron Yes, and Westbrook no? Or maybe that was the year before when they missed the playoffs. Might be mistaken. If so I’ll own it.

@JuggernautBron How many of the leagues top players came out of the back then? TM and AI had already joined the West. Wade was his teammate so who are we left with to keep Miami from coasting to “not 5, not 6,not 7 “ finals appearances

@JuggernautBron Healthy maybe. Anemic talent, definitely. LeBron had an elite center and top five player and a HOF guard and got swept in the first round by a team with one great player and not a single other allstar.

Let’s look at the closest thing to a modern level superstar guard? Now how about an elite modern big? These guys, as well as Bird, did not need a player like Kevin Durant to beat a healthy Jordan team.

@ClugNidery @miles_commodore Many of the greats were the best versions of themselves after they started thinking the game instead of using so much energy relying on their physical gifts . Anthony Edwards is an example of a player needing to do the same if he wants to unlock his full potential .

@michaeljohnvis @miles_commodore He was amazing and save the injury and surgeries, he could be in the GOAT conversation. Everyone said he was inathletic but he wasn't. He had court vision as good as any player and elite passing. Just a all around top 5 player IMHO.

I’m probably in the minority on this, but for one season I would take the 1986 Celtics over anyone. They lost one game at home all year.

@ClugNidery @miles_commodore Magic too. Having just had two MVP worthy seasons when setbacks would’ve been justified as he adjusted to a new role as scorer and life without Kareem. He was at the top of his game when news broke.

@NugsGetBuckets Nikolas influence is obvious when a whole race suddenly decides flashy passes, unselfishness and triple doubles are not only uncool now it’s clear evidence of selfish stat padding over team success . Thats why Westbrooks were more impressive and worthy of MVP.

@Chill68711 @Shane00 Kenny Anderson Dana Barros Hubert Davis Abdul Rauf Michael Finley Cassell Grant Hill Van Exel Person Iseen them all have success from deep. Even better if the game was centered around the shot. More time would have been given to taking them in practice and college.

@michaeljohnvis @Shane00 I’m sayin if there were better shooters in the 90s like there are in the league today scoring wouldn’t be low because u would have to cover more ground to stop someone.

@Chill68711 @Shane00 If today’s rules that are meant to favor the offense was used in the 90s we’d see that shooters were better than we give them credit for. Glenn Rice Reggie Mitch Richmond Chris Mullin Drazen Dan Marlje Ellis Curry Kenny Smith Derick Harper Legler Horncek Kerr Dennis Smit

@Chill68711 @Shane00 The game was also played slower, drop the ball in the post and run the offense. Shooters earned shots by working to get open. Then hope their big finds them for a kick out.

@KnickMePls @TheDunkCentral All while running the offense first looking to get teammates open looks. Kobe looked to score 1st and 2nd . Jokic scores when all attempts to get others looks have failed. And still scores 28 and 11 assists . Missed assist opportunities become his offensive rebounds.

@KnickMePls @TheDunkCentral Jokic scores efficiently at all three levels. He’s effective from deep, his mid range was near 70% half the season, scores with both hands, uses floaters and step backs, up and unders, baby hooks with either hand. Tap ins off misses, turn around fade away jumpers. At 58%
