Ciattarelli has yet to exceed 43% in a non-partisan aligned poll over the last two months: Fox News — 42% Emerson — 43% Quinnipiac — 42% yes. every kid — 41% Rutgers-Eagleton — 37% Rs have a high floor in Jersey, but that last 7% or so — while doable — is always a tough climb.
