"Dear General Christopher Musa, Angwan Rukuba is another brutal reminder that Nigerians remain unprotected. During your screening at the Senate chambers, your words were filled with promises and I allowed myself a sigh of relief… at last, I thought. Well, prove NOW you are different and secure lives, or step aside. Enough of condolences. Enough of excuses. Nigerians want action, protection, and results" -Senator Natasha Akpoti of Kogi Central react over att@ck in Jos last night

WOMEN, BE PROUD OF YOUR BREASTS. LOTS OF WOMEN ARE MOCKED BY MEN AND EVEN BY WOMEN. NEVER FEEL BAD FOR THE SHAPE AND NATURE OF YOUR BREASTS Read this beauty. Share and repost. Dear Women, The Quiet Politics of the Breast: A Story of Softness, Gravity, and Truth As a medics, we have seen bodies in their most unguarded moments, when the lights are bright and the silence is louder than conversation, and when there is no performance, no pretence, only truth. And in that truth, I have learned something simple, and yet stubbornly difficult for many women to believe: your breasts are not a problem waiting to be solved; they are a story waiting to be understood. Some are full, and some are small, and some arrive before the body is ready for them, and some seem to take their time. Some sit high as though defying the years, and some soften, and fall, and settle into the quiet wisdom of time. Some have nourished children, and carry the memory of mouths that once depended on them, and some have not, and are no less complete for it. And all of them, without exception, without apology are normal. But we live in a world that loves a single story. And that story is loud, and glossy, and often unkind. It tells women that there is a correct way to exist in their bodies, and a correct shape to aspire to, and a correct firmness that must be preserved, as though the body were a photograph that must never fade. And so, slowly, almost without noticing, many women begin to measure themselves against something that was never meant to include them. And here is the quiet tragedy: the body was never designed for comparison. It was designed for living. Your breasts are not public property. They are not auditioning for approval. They are yours, shaped by hormones and history, by gravity and genetics, by joy and by change. And change, after all, is the most honest thing the body knows how to do. So when they are flat, or when they fall, or when one leans slightly away from the other as though keeping a private secret, this is not failure. This is not something gone wrong. This is the body, simply being. And perhaps what we need is not louder confidence, the kind that performs itself for the world, but a quieter kind of pride. The kind that sits gently in the chest and says, without spectacle: this is my body, and it is enough. This is my body, and it is allowed. Because beauty, real beauty, has never asked for sameness. It has always asked for truth. And your body, in all its softness, in all its shifting, in all its quiet defiance of perfection, is telling a story that is already, and undeniably, beautiful.

A Yahoo boy successfully defrauded his foreign client of $80,000. He needed an account to receive the money, so he reached out to an Aza man. The Aza man received the funds but turned around and told him the account was frozen and the money was gone. The Yahoo boy knew it was a lie. He brought the police to arrest the Aza man, but the family quickly bailed him out for 1 million naira. Now he has hired cultists to hunt the Aza man down, and the guy has been on the run ever since. Here is my question: Why are Yahoo boys so enraged when someone steals from them, yet they steal from others without blinking? This man defrauded someone abroad. Another person turned around and did the same thing to him, and now he is ready to k*ll over it. Above all, love God.

@GloriousGod01 The real issue is this: You can’t build your life on fraud and expect loyalty, honesty, or peace from others in that same system. A game built on deception will always turn on its players.

Today in Abuja, I joined family, friends, and associates in prayer for the repose of Haijiya Umma El-Rufai at the funeral of the late mother of my dear brother, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai. I extend my sincere condolences to Mallam Nasir @elrufai and the entire family. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. May you find strength in the memories you shared and comfort in the support of those around you. I pray that Almighty Allah forgives her shortcomings, grants her eternal rest, and admits her into Aljannah Firdaus. May He also grant the family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss. Moments like this remind us of our shared humanity, beyond politics, ethnicity, and religion, and the need to continue to build a society anchored on compassion, unity, and mutual respect. May her gentle soul rest in perfect peace. -PO
