I love the situation we’re in right now with Tesla. I travel all the time for work, and talk to tons of people. I have a pretty good sense of where the general public’s knowledge is with EVs and self driving. We’re in this moment where an absolute mindfuck is happening in HW4 Tesla vehicles. The emergence of the first real world artificial intelligence is happening in the cars today, and it’s still at the point where most people aren’t even caught up enough to begin having a conversation about it. Half the time I just chat lightly about it because I know if I tell them what’s happening in my car, it isn’t even going to compute. They’re just going to think I’m some weird insane zoomer nerd until they see it. But they are all going to experience it first-hand eventually. And they’re going to lose their shit. Every time I get to take one of these people into my car, their shit is lost. Just look at all the clips I posted yesterday. It’s coming to life right in front of us. We’re in this epic moment where we can go outside, look in any direction, and find someone who has zero clue what is happening right now. Such an obvious and insane tech emergence and you’ve still just got skeptics everywhere who have no idea what we’re all geeking about. But they will find out, as they do with all society-changing innovations. Things this impactful are inevitable. Such a fun moment to be a part of.

@jasonlk Not always easy. But, I think, always the path of least regret. So well said @jasonlk.

Had an FSD milestone moment. Went through a car wash and for some reason, the button wouldn’t turn blue. Could not turn on FSD. I was surprised at how irritated I was to have to actually drive my car myself. The experience of getting to a location is massively superior when you don’t have to do the driving. And with AI watching relentlessly in all directions, I know it’s safer than I could ever be.

i have said ‘mid-market’ is a mirage, doesn’t exist this is to simplify market into SMB (marketing-led) or Enterprise (sales-led) ‘mid-market’ is either upper/end SMB or lower/end enterprise merging these two is a very, very dangerous game many startups fall victim to a market that inherently line between two games

One thing that happened at Paminga today: We received a 23 page "Requirements" doc from a company evaluating a move off of Marketo. The requirements all make sense, look good, and Paminga will be in great shape – which surprises many in MOps land, that a new platform has such depth and breadth. Almost all assume that will not be the case. What strikes me is that the document is soooo Marketo-brained. To be clear, I don't know how it would be otherwise, given so many years of Marketo experience. I'm not criticizing, but observing and learning. So many items in the doc are written in "Marketo speak". Not only does Paminga have the case covered, but with a clearly superior approach that MOps will absolutely love. But translating to "the Paminga way" is the content/education that's on my mind. We need to step our game with regard to Marketo -> Paminga translator. 🤔 And a HubSpot -> Paminga translator.

30,000+ searches, 5,000+ leads, and 892 proposals sent... Earlier this year, we launched a software app for a law firm organization. The results? 🤯 1. 3,000+ lawyers across 100+ countries using it 2. Thousands of AI searches monthly (ChatGPT, Google AI, etc.) 3. Law firms getting MORE visitors, leads & proposals 4. Presented at their major conference last week Just last week, they presented it to a PACKED room of lawyers at their national conference. Here's what happened: We built them a directory and membership software that gets found by AI search engines. While other lawyers are invisible to AI... Their members are getting discovered 24/7. The secret? Thousands of optimized pages AI-friendly architecture Built to rank in AI search results Members don't rely on anyone else's platform. We gave them an all-in-one software they can get visitors, leads, and even accept/send proposals from. The lesson: Don't just USE AI tools... BUILD tools that your customers would pay anything for. Want to see our full AI system? Comment "TOOL" and I'll show you exactly how we build stuff that dominates AI search results.

"Integration Quarter" continues at Paminga. Our Google Ads integration lets you push contacts into Custom Audiences and register Conversion Events based on any combination of conditions you choose. Do this based on triggers (from Workato, Zapier, webhook) or create a perpetual Workflow to watch for the conditions of your choosing. Do it directly from a .csv upload. Do it automagically as leads sync to Paminga from Salesforce – but only if the lead meets conditions of your choosing. Paminga will blow your MOps mind 🙂

Marketing Operations: Paminga's Workato Connector lets you trigger any "Action Set" you choose in Paminga – amazing power that's so easy to use! Add to/remove from perpetual workflows or drip series. Adjust lead stage and score. Set multiple field values... the list goes on for quite a while. Use Conditional Actions to treat the same triggers differently, all inside your MAP, where your logic belongs. And happy Monday 🙂

@okta SSO coming to Paminga likely next week. I don't get to write much code these days. Had some Friday calls rescheduled so I picked this one from the todo list. There's something very satisfying about permanently improving the experience and capabilities of Paminga for MOps.

Just got the verbal: $150M ARR company with > 325,000 mailable contacts is moving from Marketo to Paminga! They wanted off Marketo due to lack of modern capabilities, platform improvement, "unfriendly" pricing tactics. They compared Paminga head-to-head with HubSpot. Amazing quotes forthcoming from the Director of Marketing Operations about the clarity, ease of use, and capabilities of Paminga relative to HubSpot. Let the games begin. 😏

Video: Personalization at Scale with Tokens in Paminga. Global, Folder, and CRM Tokens. Inherited tokens. I forgot to show off Event tokens in this video. Darnit. Clone that folder with all its assets and your token references are solid. With thanks to my growing list of friends in the Marketing Operations community, Tokens in Paminga are super smoove! 🤩
