@stacecoaster @Simon_Ingari This makes more sense—it would mean you have to be ready first thing to do interview. Might work for those who are very early morning people.

Actually - 9 am is a nightmare … usually the hiring managers are in meetings first things or they’re going thru emails and getting ready for the day.
Do it after lunch - 2-3pm… this also helps the candidate be way more discreet if they need to duck out of work.
No hiring manager is assessing a candidate based on the interview time.
