It blows my mind that some so called evidence based physios try to say strengthening exercise doesn’t help things like hypermobility by using research that didn’t actually get any of its subjects stronger! 🤦♂️
Before you can claim strength doesn’t help you first have to get them stronger and then reassess! 🤫

Always loved the song Zombie by the Cranberries and the Irish fans certainly embraced it during the RWC making it their own. It was great and intimidating. Our 🇿🇦 people gave them a damn good go 👏 Lekka 🇿🇦
Loving the old skool lecture vibes here in Oswestry for another face to face course. Decent hotel gym to boot.

@JMoorephysio & @AdamMeakins are wanted in these parts. I said u were shit & don’t bother with them 😂😉
@chaloner_jack@msteelo84 Or as the research says, test like fuck and the more validated objective markers you have the better your rehab will be. The S&C guidelines always advise on some uni lateral work.
Interesting data from @JordanStrength on #ACL torque values 18/12 post injury.
Again highlighting the flaws of
1. using contralateral side as the benchmark
2. focusing too much on one limb in rehab.
From @ajoakley Rehab Webinar
@chaloner_jack@msteelo84 Always difficult but if you create a needs analysis the contra lateral side should be included. Those with an acl injury more often than not have a biomechanical deficit and prone to injury.
Amazing to think how things differ over time.
