Biology doesn’t change at the border. Autism risk does not depend on the flag printed on a vaccine schedule. What matters is exposure biology: •antigen load •timing •cumulative dose •developmental windows Those are measured by large birth-cohort and registry studies that follow children from birth using medical records — the right design for outcomes diagnosed years later. Arguing about schedule labels is a distraction. Causation lives in mechanisms, dose–response, and replication — not semantics.

Opinion: you can't say a pathogen requires prolonged close contact for transmission, but at the same time describe an outbreak as a super spreader. Once in super spreader territory, for a respiratory pathogen, it's got to have an airborne component *until proven otherwise.*🤷

This damn war… these damn times… That’s exactly how I want to start, looking at all of this from the courtyard of my own home. I don’t really like posting videos or messages like this, but this is the other side of heroism in my country, in Ukraine. The sounds of the national anthem are echoing through our courtyards more and more often. You’ve known someone for a part of your life, and then, suddenly, they are on their final journey. Beside them are relatives, friends, loved ones, and neighbors, seeing them off to a place where, as each of us hopes, things are finally better than they are here. This is the silent pain of the Ukrainian people. It doesn’t seek the spotlight because it is deeply personal. But the world must see not only the brave soldiers who continue to defense of one's own country country, but also those who did everything humanly possible to give the future a chance to live on-without a russian boot on our land.

Gutted to hear Chuck Norris has died. In '79 my dad snuck 8‑year‑old me into A Force of One. I was hooked. He even bought me Chuck’s Winning Tournament Karate book, which was only useful if you hurled it at someone. We'll leave today's joke to Chuck.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy / Володимир Зеленський
The first night of the full-scale war began with missiles. Russia went all-in with everything they had: cruise, ballistic, and other types of missiles. They attacked us from Russia and from Belarus. It was terrible, but after some time we found out how to intercept missiles and protect people, energy system and other infrastructure. In the meantime, the Iranian regime supplied Russia with the first batch of “shaheds” – 1,000 drones. We got in touch with the Iranians at the level of intelligence services. We asked them not to supply weapons to Russia, because if the supplied “shaheds” had killed our civilians, the Iranian regime would become Russia’s ally, we told them. They responded, “No-no, we are not allies in this. We sold the Russians this one batch of “shaheds”. It will be 1,200 or 1,300 drones, and that's it. No more supplies.” But they lied. They gave them not only thousands of these drones, they gave them licenses to produce “shahed” type drones. They helped Russia to build two factories which produce these drones, and initially they operated the drones and trained the Russians. From an interview with i24NEWS and Jerusalem Post (1/3).

Today, Trump claimed that a former U.S. president recently told him that he wished he had taken action against Iran, but didn’t say which one. Trump was like, “I won’t say who, but we had a great conversation in my bathroom mirror.” #FallonTonight

If a Democratic president had bumblefucked his way into a war with Iran and sent gas prices higher than a Musk rocket, the Republicans would be screaming for impeachment.

I just want to spotlight on this relatively new account and video series they have been creating to try to help patients with #LongCovid and other chronic illnesses. When a chronic illness becomes part of your life, it is extremely hard to accept and process. This aims to help.
