@michelevbarrett I’m not the first to link the two by a loooong way and I didn’t do any of the science, though I’d love to at some point. I’ve brought certain strands of the research together to clarify the picture but others have done that too.
@silverpebble I think the link you’ve stressed between brain chemistry and nature is very important. You’ve brought it to a wide audience. So well done you!
Impressive change of tone at the CWGC after our @UplandsTV documentary The Unremembered revealed scandalous historic failures to recognise the service and suffering of non-white soldiers and auxiliaries.

@BarrettsBooks@61Suisse@DavidOlusoga@channelfour@DavidLammy I think also it’s important that the new historian, Dr George Hay, @record_this, and his assistant Dr John Burke, have done brilliant work researching and compiling the report of the committee. So it is a new regime at the CWGC now.
@61Suisse@DavidOlusoga@channelfour@michelevbarrett@DavidLammy This! For what it’s worth, the fallout from the documentary led to the old head of the CWGC leaving her position and the new one does genuinely seem keen to make amends. So hopefully a new team there will make a big difference going forward.
