@srcchat are launching @ocnni L2 & 3 Cocktail Qualifications. As part of an event on November 15th, Brian our CEO, Libby and Raymond, our Directors went out to industry to create a cocktail which we will serve that evening 🍹🍸 @KilleavyCastle @CanalCourtHotel @Whistledown_

Well done to @GavinDoran1 our @srcchat Level 3 Professional Chef Lecturer who was on work placement in The Europe Hotel in Killarney. Gavin has returned full of enthusiasm for all the new skills he plans to embed in our Professional Cookery curriculum in September 2022 👨‍🍳
