@BCBSMAservice Why do you only accept paper mail-in claim submissions. It would be so easy to digitalize this process, easier for users and WAY more environmentally friendly. I was always able to submit online with Aetna.

@BCBSMAservice Is there really no way to file claims digitally? Every option on the website points to mailing physical forms. This is not only inconvenient but a waste of paper! With Aetna, I was able to file online.

@googlenesthelp I've been on the phone with 2 techs and keep getting booted when they put me on hold to troubleshoot. My WiFi has been out all day. Please help

@Outlook Nope, I don't want to change the settings to my default view. Just search for all messages in a thread like I can in the old UI.

@nonumberhandle The hurricane is not Disney's fault. How they handle it is. They operate in a location that is subject to hurricanes, so they knew this was a possibility and unless they live under a rock, should have procedures prepared. Wish they would let us go tomorrow. 🤷‍♀️
