Delighted to break 70mins for 10mile for 1st time in Trim this morning and what a feeling knowing at 10k I had it in the bag literally cruised home last 6k..great route great spread afterwards huge well done to @crickey09 and @Tonywalsh40 on 2 great runs ahead of me
