(Part 1 of 2) 3 years ago today — April 10, 2023 — I was arrested at the gate while heading to a mental health appointment my commander later admitted under oath was fabricated. I spent 66 days in pretrial confinement & missed the birth of my first child. On Sep 13, 2023, I was fully acquitted of all 7 charges & 7 specifications by the Honorable Judge Vicki Marcus. That victory was short-lived. On July 19, 2024, I was rearrested on the exact same charges (different specifications). I was flown across the country, held in multiple jails, & spent 8.5 months in Naval Consolidated Brig Charleston before being convicted by a highly apathetic judge, Major Nathan Royer. During that trial, multiple commanders gave perjured testimony. I am actively pursuing claims of Ineffective Assistance of Counsel (IAC), Unlawful Command Influence (UCI), judicial bias, and prosecutorial misconduct. I’m still in the appeals process. My military attorney & I have a tentative start date in June 2026 to review the full records (1 year and 2 months post-conviction). That will take 2–3 months before submission to the Court of Criminal Appeals, which then has up to 6 months to decide. Best-case verdict lands around January 2027. The charges came after I filed a protected Article 138 complaint against multiple commanders for blatant retaliation. After I won my first court-martial, the new command (successors to the leaders I already defeated) charged me with disrespect to superior commissioned officers and AWOL. I have audio recordings of the squadron commander, group commander, and mental health clinic (acting flight commander/psychologist) openly colluding to fabricate reasons to send me to inpatient against my will. This all traces back to my 2022 refusal of the COVID shot of which I was labeled by my commander an Insider Threat, Radicalized, and potential Active Shooter within the base. Most egregiously is what command had done with my medical records that I have fully discovered just 3 weeks ago. My own Air Force mental health providers completed a Command Directed Evaluation (CDE) that now diagnosed me with Intermittent Explosive Disorder (IED) — the exact condition that explains rage outbursts when provoked or gaslit — along with Delusional Disorder, Unspecified Trauma and Stressor-Related Disorder (UTSRD), and Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) as the primary cause for my "delusions." Then, in the official NARSUM they submitted to the Medical Evaluation Board (the document that decides my career and retirement), they completely omitted IED, making NPD primary (a diagnosis I had never received in 18 years of active duty service leading up to this) and tacking on Delusional Disorder as the cause of NPD. This now paints me as an untreatable problem on paper, without ever specifying what my exact “delusions” are beyond vague “fear of command persecution.” In my medical records from Jan 2023 to present, there are numerous omissions of my severe retaliation claims, heavy sanitization of encounters, & outright fabricated/falsified statements attributed to me. One clear example: Mrs. Samantha Morales quoted me in her notes as saying “patient stated that he wants to assault his commander legally.” My audio recording of that exact conversation proves I actually said, “I’m honestly confident that I will destroy my squadron through the legal system," of which most astonishingly that note has also now been entirely omitted. These cards are non-holographic but are textured.

It would be worth more then $30k Simply because it would be the second EVER 1999 Pokemon English card in a Black Label 10. Out of EVERY 1999 English card only one Black Label exists.

grail pokemon cards codex #2 mailman dragonite it was first given as a promo card by “all nippon airlines” between 1 and 31 november 1998. passengers could redeem 2 domestic passes for a 2 cards set including flying pikachu and dragonite. the english version of this card was given with the purchase of the ticket for the mewtwo strikes back movie starting 12 november 1999. dragonite was one of the 4 possible cards including electabuzz, mewtwo and pikachu.

It’s a fantastic pickup. And the pop will likely remain pretty low. I bought 100+ of these collector chests from southern hobby in 2019. The promos came in a piece of plastic that was too tight, and the little extensions that held the card in place were too firm, causing damage on about 99% of the cards.
