@toppofthepack I have no need. I live in Chicago there’s two other far better airlines Hubbard here. I can fly to just about anywhere in the world one stop without AA.
$1K I don’t fly them again for 24 months?
$5K I don’t fly them for 60 months?

Can you please cancel the delivery service so I can come pick up the gas at the airport? Can’t find a way to do this online.

@aw93704 I fly around 75 flights a year. 50ish of them on United.
I fly AA only when I have to and I genuinely get screwed 75% of the time.
If you live somewhere with a choice it’s insane to voluntarily fly AA at this point.
If I lived in DFW I would choose to not travel over fly AA

It needs to travel between your two biggest hubs. Why is this so difficult? You have made this such a miserable experience. I’ve been chasing this all day with no help what so ever.

The request is so simple. Send my bag from your biggest hub to your second biggest hub. Really pretty easy.

@coltondaniel Not clubs but i am missing quite a few items I need. American should cover them (they won’t) considering they should be considered incidentals with a lost bag. Rental clubs would be covered. Buying clubs not so much

Listen up @AmericanAir. If you ruin my Memorial Day I will never forgive you. I personally demand you to find @middleseatsimon’s golf bag that somehow got shipped to Dallas and put it on the first plane to Chicago. Idc what you have to do. Get it done.

Sent my bags to DFW for no reason. Leave them there for 24 hours and refuse to give me any help. I’ve spent all day chasing this.
