Told my buddy I would pick up him at 545 AM for our tee time today. Got to his house at 546. Radio silence. Dude woke up at 145 PM 😂 Missed the tee time by a cool 7 hours. Early tee time on the 5th of July is not for everyone

Finally got my clubs back. Golf bag was soaking wet, every pocket of my bag open and rifled through. Mark my words I will not fly AA ever again

@toppofthepack I have no need. I live in Chicago there’s two other far better airlines Hubbard here. I can fly to just about anywhere in the world one stop without AA. $1K I don’t fly them again for 24 months? $5K I don’t fly them for 60 months? Let’s come back to this. You said you bet…

I have flown American Airlines for the last time. I have determined I would rather take an any ULCC or a greyhound bus than give them my business. I would rather connect three times on delta or United then fly AA direct. It’s genuinely that bad. Robert Isom is a moron

@AmericanAir finally got my bag on a plane to Chicago! Can you please cancel the delivery service so I can come pick up the gas at the airport? Can’t find a way to do this online.

@aw93704 I fly around 75 flights a year. 50ish of them on United. I fly AA only when I have to and I genuinely get screwed 75% of the time. If you live somewhere with a choice it’s insane to voluntarily fly AA at this point. If I lived in DFW I would choose to not travel over fly AA

@AmericanAir On day 3 of my lost bag. That you sent from DSM-DFW instead of ORD. STILL NO UPDATES! How hard is it to get this bag on a flight between your two biggest hubs Terrible airline and even worse customer service. Still no help. May have to fly to DFW myself to get it

@AmericanAir The bag has not been updated in 9+ hours. It needs to travel between your two biggest hubs. Why is this so difficult? You have made this such a miserable experience. I’ve been chasing this all day with no help what so ever. The worst customer service possible from AA.

@AmericanAir You’ve been more than useless there! The dM said you are unable to help… The request is so simple. Send my bag from your biggest hub to your second biggest hub. Really pretty easy. Tired of being lied to by your awful customer service agents

@coltondaniel Not clubs but i am missing quite a few items I need. American should cover them (they won’t) considering they should be considered incidentals with a lost bag. Rental clubs would be covered. Buying clubs not so much
