It has been quite an experience to follow @Arsenal Football Club's epic adventure, from times of struggle and crushing setback, to successive seasons of recovery and resurgence on their glorious path to the summit of the English Premier League.
In this time, we have witnessed the power of hope, resilience, focus and relentless hardwork in action, and watched a team of dedicated professional do battle against formidable adversaries, matchday after matchday.
Tonight, the great reward is won. The team is victorious. It's faith and dedication is vindicated. And our commitment to succeed through work, discipline and teamwork is affirmed.
Congratulations to the Gunners
May God grant the family and friends comfort, peace, and courage to bear with the loss of Ms Rachel Wandetto.
The criminals that attacked this hardworking and promising lady will be held to account, irrespective of their affiliation.
Kenya has no place for political intolerance that suppresses free speech or association. This threatens our democratic stability.

@HonWetangula While I respect your call for unity, President Uhuru Kenyatta has the right to speak his mind. However, it’s hard to take your remarks seriously, given your own record as one of the worst speakers in Kenya’s history.
As the nation steadily approaches the forthcoming general election, I have respectfully called upon the retired President, Uhuru Kenyatta, to withdraw from active political engagement and to fully embrace his esteemed role as a unifying statesman.
While addressing citizens at Lunyofu Primary School in Budalang’i, I acknowledged his enduring legacy of service to the Republic. However, I expressed concern that his recent public statements, though significant, risk deepening divisions at a moment when our country stands in urgent need of cohesion, stability, and national unity.
I further observed that former Heads of State, notably the late Daniel arap Moi and the late Mwai Kibaki, exemplified the dignified tradition of statesmanship upon retirement. I therefore urged him to follow in their distinguished footsteps and uphold this noble precedent.
These sentiments were echoed by several leaders in attendance, led by Senate Majority Leader Aaron Cheruiyot, who likewise called upon the former President to fully embrace the responsibilities and expectations befitting his retired status.

An autopsy on university student Constance Githinji has revealed that her death was a homicide, she did not throw herself as previously claimed.
Earlier reports said that the cause of death were solely due to her falling from the sixth floor of an Airbnb in Kileleshwa, but findings suggest she had already sustained serious injuries before the fall.
The report indicates multiple injuries across her body, including broken limbs, head abrasions, and signs of blunt force trauma. One lung had collapsed, further pointing to violence prior to the fatal incident, according to the family's spokesperson.
Meanwhile, the main suspect, Tony Odhiambo, remains in police custody as investigations continue into the circumstances surrounding her death.
Kenya deserves leaders of integrity, not endless controversy.
@rigathi Gachagua rose to high office under a cloud of serious corruption allegations involving billions of shillings. Even the courts have questioned the source of his wealth.
But this story did not begin there.
In 1997, he was dismissed from the civil service while serving as a District Officer in Laikipia over gross misconduct. A matter he has never fully explained to the public.
In July 2021, he was arrested by the DCI at his Nyeri home over allegations of money laundering and abuse of office, tied to vast sums of money flowing through accounts associated with him.
Even within his own family, disputes have spilled into the open. Relatives of the late Nyeri Governor, Nderitu Gachagua, have raised concerns over the handling of a multibillion-shilling estate. Claims that remain contested, but serious enough to demand clarity.
Then came the unthinkable. For the first time in our history, a sitting Deputy President was impeached by constitutional institutions over violations of oath, divisive rhetoric and conduct deemed unfit for office.
This is a pattern that raises urgent questions:
Can we trust leadership weighed down by persistent integrity concerns?
Can a nation unite under divisive politics?
Can accountability mean anything if we ignore such a record?
I have challenged the impeached former Deputy President to state clear facts and stand firmly on integrity. If he wishes to lecture the nation, he must be ready to answer every question, not just the convenient ones.
Congratulations to Manchester United on a solid 1–0 victory over Chelsea FC at Stamford Bridge.
Matheus Cunha's match-winning strike secured three crucial points, significantly strengthening United's push for UEFA Champions League qualification.
Onwards, The Reds!
I can’t believe I bought a ticket to watch Mbavu the Destroyer fight Majenbe, only for Mbavu to be knocked out in the first round. I speak on behalf of thousands of disappointed fans we want a refund!
