Io posso difendermi. Molti altri no.
Per questo una regola dovrebbe valere sempre: verificare prima di credere, e credere prima di condividere. Perché oggi capita a me, domani può capitare a chiunque.

These are dangerous times for working journalists in Pakistan.Over 50 have been arrested under PECA & some on very flimsy charges, while the state censors, nasty trolls use abusive language if you don’t tow their line, while media workers struggle financially.Dark times but celebrating #WorldPress day because we achieved what little freedom we have with a lot of sacrifice & pain.

So Trump is saying war should continue because scores must be settled for what Iran has “done to Humanity, and the World, for 47 years.” That is a new objective for this war and implies its beginning or end had nothing to do with the nuclear issue. It is also makes the case for every country, especially in the global south abused by colonialism, to reopen the file on their old grievances, and line up to wage wars to settle old scores. It seems most of humanity opposes this war Trump wants to wage on their behalf and may be more interested in talking about other abuses of humanity.

I loved this conversation with two other NPR reporters who are reporting on the war in Iran and Israel's invasion in Lebanon...talking how we report on war and lonely life on the road and holding all that pain during reporting really hit home for me

Dalhousie's receipt for the Koh-i-Noor, dated 7th Dec 1849.
Not controversial at all...
"I have received this day from Dr. Login, into my personal possession for transmission to England, the Koh-i-Noor diamond, in the presence of the members of the Board of Administration, and of Sir Henry Elliot KCB, secretary of the Government of India.

"People on all sides claim to speak on behalf of Iranians. Meanwhile, they erase the real pain, trauma, and violence experienced by those with different political views—even as they share the same core love for their homeland," writes @saminejoudat. zps.la/4mIqghh
