Happening now: Peat4People Workshop – Unlocking Ideas for Thriving Innovation Businesses. The Sustainable Peatland Management for People, Climate and Biodiversity Project is advancing the sustainable use and restoration of peatlands in Uganda while supporting innovative solutions that benefit people, climate, and biodiversity. Through this initiative, @miic_ug is supporting innovators to refine their problem statements, strengthen their solutions, define beneficiaries, impact and develop strong business logic and pitch decks, alongside conducting due diligence to build scalable ventures. The project is funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by @giz_uganda, the Michael Succow Stiftung, Greifswald Moor Centrum and the @FAO in partnership with the Uganda Ministry of Water and Environment. #InnovateWithUs
