How to Develop a Trading Plan

Question for my fitness bro's. Since 3 weeks ago I started again with fitness. I often hit the gym in the morning. And after the gym session I feel tired for the rest of the day. Any tips how to not get tired? Maybe eating more? Or is this just temporary? Any suggestions?

You also trust the miners in china and big whales. I refer to development and technology, egld is still an speculative asset and in the early phase

How do you know that the information displayed in your wallet is correct if you're not running your own validator?

@vladcostea @ElrondNetwork Everyone is able to run a validator or not? With 3200 validator worldwide, Elrond is one of the most decentral blockchain with open infrastructure. The team show us, that we can trust them also in bad times.
