Nobody tells you this, but eating healthy is expensive.

I don’t plan every single hour of my day. But I always keep a simple outline of my most important tasks and NON-NEGOTIABLES. The moment I wake up, I grab my phone and start attacking the #1 thing on that list. Once that’s done I can focus on other things. My day feels completed and much less stressful.

I think people do know this, it’s the environment that’s rigged and makes it hard for people to do so. Everything around us is designed to make us seek comfort. It’s never been easier to change your life, but it’s also never been harder with everything trying to distract us from it.

i don't think people realize how much their life could change if they just got in shape, got off their phone, and focused on one thing for six months. like actually changed. it's almost unfair how simple it is.

Absolutely yes, I have the best father in the world. He inspires me in every way. I wake up at 4am, well there he is awake at 3:52am. He is the clear representation of my hard work I do today. All the sacrifices he made for me to have a beautiful life wouldn’t change it for the world.
