@krassenstein @elonmusk His compensation package was 122x larger than the next highest CEO’s, not including his prior compensation package. Negotiating compensation packages requires honest negotiation. The board of directors folded to whatever he wanted rather than negotiate on behalf of Tesla

I don't get why an agreement that 80% of shareholders voted for should get voided by a judge. I didn't read the entire decision but can someone provide rationale for this?
To all the people saying that Musk doesn't deserve this, this was literally an almost impossible-to-happen stipulation which led to the compensation.
I'm usually against corporate greed, but this was his company and fellow shareholders agreed to this plan.

@mike96bennett I threw this out there. If FSU loses, what do you do with a team who only has 1 loss and it’s the number 1 team in the country? The easy answer is conference champs. Is a better team being punished for being in the same division as the nations best?
