@garrytan I want to be the one that strongly disagrees with this. Or at least with the absoluteness of it. You always need to keep listening to potential buyers and be smart enough to identify those needs that match your product roadmap. Perfect out-of-the-lab products don't exist

The one feature in Claude that would give me a step function in my work would be scheduling. Could be Claude Code or even just a Claude Opus 4.5 prompt with skills. Massively prefer in web app over terminal. Similar to scheduled tasks with ChatGPT Agent Mode. Anyone have an easy way to do this? Cc @AnthropicAI

This is how you can get programmatic access to any website. You need two things: 1. The URL of the website 2. A prompt specifying what you want to do on the site Mino is a neat platform that uses browser automation and AI-powered navigation to understand your prompt, open the website, and extract the information you want. This opens the doors to unlimited potential automations you could build using data from everyday websites that don't give you an API. Mino uses AI to go way further than you could get by using a regular web scraping tool: • It can handle dynamic JavaScript content • It can handle login walls • It can navigate through interactive booking flows • It adapts to different interfaces and layout changes • It can fill out forms automatically • It supports stealth browser mode In my experience, running Mino on relatively straightforward sites takes about 30-60 seconds to complete. The more times you run it, the faster it gets. I recorded a quick video to show you the platform. You can check their site here: bit.ly/3KYcYyL Thanks to the team for the support, onboarding me on their platform, and the collaboration on this post.

@SullyOmarr Not that fast! They still need someone to operate them and understand the outcome. And that someone needs the same engineering skills

We’re starting to get a clearer sign of how vast the surface area of context engineering is going to be. To build AI agents, in theory, it should be as simple as having a super powerful model, giving it a set of tools, having a really good system prompt, and giving it access to data. Maybe at some point it really will be this simple. But in practice, to make agents that work today, you’re dealing with a delicate balance of what to give to the global agent vs. a subagent. What things to make agentic vs. just a deterministic tool call. How to handle the inherent limitations of the context window. You had to figure out how to retrieve the right data for the user’s task, and how much compute to throw at the problem. How to decide what to make fast, and suffer potential quality drops, vs. slow but maybe annoying. And endless other questions. So far there’s no one right answer for any of this, and there are meaningful tradeoffs for any given approach you take. And importantly, getting this right requires a deep understanding of the domain you’re solving the problem for. Handling this problem in AI coding is different from law, which is different from healthcare. This is why there’s so much opportunity for AI agent plays right now.

@GaryMarcus Worse than that, the day some massive application for chatgpt arises, if that may ever happen, will there be enough computation power in the world to attend such a massive demand? ChatGPT is too expensive to run. My choice is no

@GaryMarcus What are real applications of ChatGPT as of today? Beyond enthusiastic influencers expecting to make money talking about it, and non software developers pretending they learnt to build software using the prompt, weeks go by and no massive applications show up
