- a coordinator who will have to learn dodger construction and game management on the fly
- a coach who loses 4 games per year and hires his family

If you’re going after someone who is not currently in the CFP or the NFL, you shouldn’t have to wait, right? Non-CFP coaches could be offered at any point during the week.
This is where the disconnect, whatever it is, is missing from everything we know.

Based on everything I’ve heard, and with the caveat that things can always change quickly, I wouldn’t expect the Michigan coaching search to be resolved any time soon.
