@HeathrowExpress how do I get a refund for a ticket I’ve scanned in? Staff at Heathrow told us to get the Elizabeth Line as it’ll be quicker, I’ve just seen the Express go flying past us. I’m missing a meeting because of this.

@AvantiWestCoast how have you managed to cancel a train two minutes after it was meant to depart with hundreds of people on board. Incompetence of the highest order. Dreaming if you think we’re paying for these tickets.

Not to mention, a waste of a test that could be given to a country in need. Genuinely clueless leadership. (If I could even call it leadership)

@grantshapps so travelling for work so frequently, I’m rarely in the U.K. for more than 48 hours. Are you going to continue to scam the population by making them pay for a test they don’t have to take, or are you going to address this rule?

@IKEAUK Can you please advise on delivery of a bed and some cabinets? If I order items separately it’ll let me pick a delivery date, if I put them all in the same basket it says delivery unavailable as it’s too busy? Surely it’s not £40 per item to deliver!
