@British_Airways Hi, please help! We are travelling on BA0107 on 7 May, we were promised seats 60E, 60D, 60F together with 1 & 4yr olds, customer service said 'no problem' but NOW we're separated (my wife with 2 kids and me on my own!) and with 'nothing that can be done'!

@British_Airways I've been trying to rebook some flights from LON to TFS for over a week now using vouchers and it's been a NIGHTMARE. 4 calls, over 2 hours on the phone and I’m STILL waiting on a call back. Why is it so hard? Awful customer service
