This is exactly why we stay available and respond to every report.
So far, every reported support case has been resolved 1:1 through direct communication with the user. We don't ignore issues—we investigate them, fix the root cause, and work with each user until they're resolved.
In one recent case, even though our Visa card infrastructure doesn't normally support withdrawals, we made a one-time exception because the user experienced inconvenience while we were resolving a platform issue. We believed that was the right thing to do.
HoodCard is expanding beyond the web into a full mobile app, but before we scale further, our priority is improving the product, strengthening our infrastructure, and providing the level of support our users deserve.

here’s how it works:
– drop in brand info + product description
– agent scrapes Reddit for top posts based on a keyword
– filters for relevance to your product/service
– turns pain points into sales messaging
– converts messaging into image prompts
– auto-generates 4-panel comic-style ads w/ your product as the hero
