bootloader is unlocked 🎉 also a pic of my hacked up cable, I'd need something proper if I even wanted to try flashing this thing lmao

apparently fastboot can be entered with ye olde `adb reboot bootloader`, might try and see if the secret USB pins are active.

@MishaalRahman I have the watch2 demo model. it can't open oem and unlock the BL. when touch the build number ,it didn't work to open oem .

Since the Pixel Watch 2's new charging puck with POGO pins supports USB data transfer, you can easily unlock the Watch 2's bootloader and use the Android Flash Tool to install updates! Unlocking the bootloader/flashing OTA images onto the first-gen Pixel Watch is also possible, but you need to get your hands on a debug adapter that Google distributes by invitation only (or make your own). Thanks to Anthony on Telegram for the images.

@ShinyQuagsire I have the pixel watch2 DEMO model. It can't open the oem . and it can't unlock BL too. so I can't remove the DEMO mode. Could you have good idea to solve this problem.Thanks .

This weekend whilst I was at #hw_ioUSA2023 I was able to root the Google Pixel Watch with the help of @aj_0x00, @StackSmashing, and the Google team! I gained root access using a Magisk-patched boot image and a special cradle to interface with the USB pins under the wristband
