Hi @mikemorasky, I’d like to ask about those tiny melodic droplets that always appear near the Xen growths in HL:A, almost like a living system responding to itself.
What did you want the player to feel in those moments?
I’ve always been intrigued by their sense of alien life.

@MikeMorasky I'm still a student studying sound design so this isn't for me but I've been a huge fan of all the sound work from Valve and the work they've put out (including a lot of yours!) have been one of the biggest influences on me pursuing this career.
