I don’t think this series will cost Anthony Mantha any free agent money but I would imagine it’s taken a huge chunk out of the likelihood the Pens re-sign him

@miketooch I don’t think they could legit sit 5 guys though. Can only have so many rostered. I would def sit a couple/few each game though. No reason for them all to play back-to-back this weekend but if Ovechkin announces his retirement, Sid and Geno are definitely playing in Wash.

@Kalibunga I would say let him play here until world juniors and then he goes back to juniors for the rest of the season, I would not worry about the 9 game try out. Assuming he is getting better.

We can all be happy with how good Kindel looks but he probably weighs 150 pounds at the moment. 82 NHL games is not what’s best for his development this year. Go dominate junior and we’ll see ya next year.
