Some of the nicest people you’d meet in life are those ‘no nonsense’ kinda people. They got big hearts but they don’t take shit from nobody.

Do people really understand that whatever evil they do to a genuine person will definitely come back to them or their children? I don't think they understand.

Let them do you bad , turn the table around then play the victim. Just hold on to God and make sure you protect your sanity. When the time is right your own people will find you .

Most people always lie, manipulate then play the victim. If you're not rude, disrespectful, manipulative, sneaky and you have good morality we'd deff get along well. Toxic, loud, shady, insulting, no respect or empathy for humanity I will detach from you like I never met you.

If your employer does not appreciate the value you bring to the company, quit. You cannot hire me based on my certificates, professionalism and work experiences then micromanage me in a toxic work environment. I'm not desperate to work for any company, I know the value I bring

A Gen Z joined the team. Week one. During onboarding, the manager said, “We sometimes stay late during peak periods.” Gen Z nodded. Then asked, “Is that paid… or just expected?” The room went quiet. - No attitude. - No rebellion. - Just a question. Later that day, HR mentioned “growth opportunities.” Gen Z replied, “Does growth include raises, or just more responsibility?” Again, silence. - No laziness. - No entitlement. - Just clarity. That’s when the team realized something. When people say “Gen Z is lazy,” what they really mean is: Gen Z watched old generation - skip meals, - miss birthdays, - work weekends, - and burn out only to be told “budgets are tight” and “be grateful you have a job.” So Gen Z chose differently. - They don’t romanticize overwork. - They don’t confuse suffering with ambition. - They don’t trade health for praise. They still work hard. They just refuse to work for nothing. It’s not laziness. It’s pattern recognition. And honestly, after everything old generation went through… Can you really blame them?
