Analysis: Out of stat HOD & LOD with stats building below price: > Open prices 2-5am > 5 bearish levels > Out of stat LOD I would like to see a new in stat HOD be made within market open taking the final stats above price and then firecracker to the downside for new in stat LOD later in the day. One additional thing that feeds into a potential new HOD is the bullish reaction off P12 mid (23,598.25). This will be a key pivot for the day most likely Trade Ideas: Scenario #1 - We make a new in stat HOD at market open leaving all stats below > break below market open > take all stats below for extended cashflow targets Scenario #2 - We start breaking to the downside now > If we leave the out of stat LOD open and also break below market open > cashflow shorts. The CEO of one of the country's largest healthcare companies, UnitedHealthcare, was shot and killed in what police are calling a "premeditated, targeted attack" outside a Manhattan hotel on Wednesday morning. What's the deal: According to police, the shooting occurred today at approximately 6:44 AM when UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson was walking toward the New York Hilton Midtown hotel to attend an investor conference scheduled to start at 8 AM. Surveillance footage showed the gunman arriving on foot about five minutes earlier and waiting along the building line as pedestrians passed by. As Thompson crossed the street, the suspect approached from behind and shot him in the back, continuing to fire after Thompson fell. The shooter's pistol was fitted with a silencer, which some witnesses say they didn't hear as he shot Thompson. At 6:46 AM, officers responded to a 911 call reporting the shooting and found Thompson on the sidewalk with gunshot wounds to his back and leg. Paramedics transported him to Mount Sinai West, where he was pronounced dead at 7:12 AM. The shooter fled the scene on foot before taking a Citi Bike northbound toward Central Park, disappearing into the area at approximately 6:48 AM. Where things stand: As of now, local, state, and federal authorities have launched a manhunt for the suspect. Police have described the shooter as a male wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and carrying a gray backpack. Evidence collected at the scene includes three discharged 9mm shell casings, three live rounds, and a cell phone, which the ATF is analyzing. A $10,000 reward has been offered through Crime Stoppers for information leading to the shooter's arrest, with police urging anyone with relevant details to come forward. In a statement, NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch said, "I want to be clear: At this time, every indication is that this was a premeditated, preplanned, targeted attack. We will not rest until we identify and apprehend the shooter in this case."
