@Silverback375 That “head down” position is soooo good for relieving the pain in your traps from a heavy ruck you’ve been wearing for hours. A ruck so heavy that it is just better to keep it on than to take it off and then have to put it back on. Pure misery.

That feeling when you're on a patrol and the PL/TL keeps saying "take a knee". Me: "Look Boss....This is a fckn patrol not Catholic Mass. Doing single leg squats with a 100+ lbs on my back, every 200 meters, when were already moving with noise/light discipline is kicking my ass. Thanks for the 40% on my disability rating for my knees and lumbar spine, but I would just assume we get to where we are going before the second coming of Christ. Learn to read a map and make fckn decisions."
