A guy pays Amazon $149 a year for Prime. He also pays $12/month for Kindle Unlimited. $12/month for Spotify. $10/month for cloud photo storage. $5/month for a Twitch subscription to his favorite streamer. That's $468 a year on top of Prime. His sister opened his Amazon account last weekend and froze. "You're paying for 5 services Prime already includes. You've been doing this for years. Nobody told you?" She showed him 8 perks buried in his Prime membership. He canceled $39 in monthly subscriptions before lunch. Here's everything she found 🧵

I’m not even fucking joking I think Louisa should’ve casted the gfs as the leads. She’s prioritizing personal relationships of the actors over the project and it’s spilling to the project. How unprofessional. Hope she’s the legal witness in their weddings, bc apparently all of them are getting married since they’re putting their project on the line for them.

How Louisa purposely separated the lead couples and + the statement they put out a few weeks ago tells you a lot about her priorities. Which is dumb, bc she was the one who began talking about the fireworks in the chemistry reads with the male and female leads. She clearly cannot handle a romantic TV show.

Jordan Peterson’s method for remembering everything you read: Stop highlighting. Stop taking notes while reading. Read a section → close the book → write down what you remember in your own words. Reformulate it. Connect it. Criticize it. That’s how information actually becomes part of you. What’s your take, do you learn and retain more by actively recalling and rewriting, or by highlighting and passive note-taking?

“fear not” appears 365 times in the bible. not because fear isn’t real. but because a life guided by fear can never become the life God intended for you. every major blessing requires faith before it requires certainty.

C.S. Lewis lost his wife to cancer and wrote a grief journal so raw he published it under a fake name so no one would know it was him. He described grief as feeling like fear and not sadness. He was right and if you've lost someone you already know he was right and I'm sorry.

If your parent is showing signs of Alzheimer's and you want to do something about it, start with sardines. They’re packed with fat and protein - in the exact ratio your body needs to produce abundant ketones FAST. Anyone with Alzheimer’s has brain cells that are insulin resistant. It can no longer efficiently pull glucose from the bloodstream for fuel. Even though glucose is available, the insulin delivery system is broken. Brain cells are starving and can no longer power themselves properly, causing brain fog, memory loss, cognitive decline, and even depression. Ketones are an alternative source of fuel that bypasses this broken system entirely. They cross the blood-brain barrier without needing insulin, feeding your brain cells directly. They produce less cellular waste than glucose. And even act as natural antioxidants exactly where your brain needs them most. Dr. Annette Bosworth has coached thousands of patients and uses this method to kickstart a ketogenic state fast. Here's her protocol: Eat only sardines for 3 days (with no eating window) Choose sardines packed in oil Within 48-72 hours, most people are producing abundant ketones. Dr. Bosworth had a 41-year-old Down syndrome patient with Alzheimer's. Three weeks on keto, she spoke her first three-syllable word ever—something her brain had never been capable of before.
