@AaronMaher95 Armagh not winning Ulster. Mayo not winning Connacht. Rossies not making a semi final. Afraid you're miles off here

@JohnStagg5 @Gavinenmm Not that I agree on Gavins prediction but Tyrone won the All-Ireland minor last year without any of their forwards in the top five overall top scorers or top scorers from play. They won because were strong in midfield and defence.

@Gavinenmm The month off after Leitrim not easy manage Gavin and it nearly cost them in last years Connacht final. You go from 4 games in 4 weeks to no game for 4 weeks. They def the team to beat in the west but to go all the way you need a couple of top top forwards. Shane doing a fine job

@markgoldbridge Enough of silly narrative From 6th and just 4 points off 14th to now 3rd and 16 points ahead of 14th.

I think some people forget we were joint 5th when Amorim got sacked. Getting Chsmpions League football would be great but Liverpool have taken 15 points from 33 since Carrick came in and Chelsea have imploded.

@KildareFan2025 Also, great to see at the -1:53 mark, what I think are recent retirees being honoured on the pitch with framed jerseys numbered with their total appearances.

Roscommon 2-20, Donegal 0-20. The Rossies' best league win in years cements their place in Division One next season, and who knows after next weekend. Heroes everywhere but Enda Smith stood head and shoulders above everyone when pressure was on in last ten minutes. Superb victory

Roscommon 1-13, Donegal 0-5 at half time. Wind-assisted Rossies have been excellent, but it's debatable whether 11-point lead is enough in conditions. Could be further ahead. Senan Lambe has been a revelation once again. Diarmuid Murtagh with the goal.

@lonesharkoy Donegal to wear it in a match first on Sunday week? They do have history for wearing the blue Roscommon jersey in Hyde Park

@Superrossies @edmcgreal @MayoGAABlog Will be a dead rubber for Roscommon should Dublin win or draw against Armagh but not sure can one trust the Dubs and sunday probably said more about the flat Roscommon performance than anything else

Very interesting poll on @MayoGAABlog re if Mayo fans want a league final The fact we're due to play Roscommon in a Connacht semi is a bad omen - each of their last three championship wins over us have been after we won the league! 2023, 2019 and 2001! mayogaablog.com/do-we-want-to-…

@cooney_ian More perspective if Dublin fail to win any of their remaining two games and be relegated. Two expected defeats for Roscommon to finish out this campaign but need to produce competitive performances and have something to build on for the championship.

Takeaways from Roscommon v Dublin *Perspective needed, it would take a freak set of results to leave Roscommon in relegation trouble. *We'll always be the plucky underdog, find it very hard to deal with a hint of increased expectation. *When we're bad, we're bad. *Break needed

@ThomNolan @cooney_ian 2 changes was forced due to picking up injuries. Opening 10 minutes showed where the game was going with Dublin scoring 1-6 from 6 shots and Roscommon not scoring until their 12th shot of the game.

@cooney_ian 4 changes to a winning team ffs. Dublin defended very well and broke upfield really quick. Made our lads look leaden footed.

Roscommon 2-7, Dublin 1-21. Roscommon outclassed by a Dublin side who came to the Hyde on a mission, and delivered emphatically. Second half a training session for the Dubs. Roscommon out of sorts, looked like a tired team.

@cooney_ian Whatever about bringing back in Brigid lads, the ones he brought back in were the wrong ones Carroll ever hesitant on kick outs, fallon in midfield was an absolute disaster, and in hands case I thought it was unfair on Darragh Heneghan to be dropped. Tactically miles behind
