My Instagram pages @pompompurin and @yandere are still disabled after 2 weeks because of the whole meta ai exploit incident. I was literally logged out multiple times in the span of a week or two before my accounts being ultimately disabled, and now I’ve had to appeal by uploading selfies to prove my identity which was rejected. This is really disappointing, especially as it’s my business account and i've lost all my connections. I genuinely can’t understand why it's impossible to get help from a real person at meta. Hoping this can be resolved as soon as possible. @instagram @Meta @andymstone




My business account @bhavishyagautam0 (10.8K followers) was disabled due to its association with another account. No violation has ever been identified on @bhavishyagautam0. I respectfully request @Instagram and @Meta to conduct an independent review and restore my account. #Meta

Dear @Meta @Instagram @facebook @andymstone I’m asking for a fair review of my disabled accounts. I was a Meta Verified subscriber and loyal user for years. I used Instagram and Facebook to share my life, document my travels, connect with friends and family, and build my personal brand and business. My accounts were in good standing with ZERO violations, warnings, or strikes. My accounts were suddenly disabled, and because my Facebook account was linked to Instagram, I lost access to both. In an effort to resolve this, I completed every step requested of me, including submitting appeals, providing my government-issued ID, completing video verification, and submitting selfies to verify my identity. Despite fully cooperating with the review process, my accounts remain disabled and I still have not received a clear explanation as to what happened. I am also aware that many users around the world have recently reported losing access to their accounts, being incorrectly flagged by the AI, or being unable to get meaningful support despite following the appeals process. Seeing so many similar stories makes me wonder whether my account may have been affected by a broader issue rather than an intentional violation on my part. After downloading my account data, I noticed activity that I do not recognize and believe my account may have been compromised prior to its disablement. I respectfully ask that Meta investigate this possibility and review my case thoroughly. Losing these accounts has meant losing years of photos, memories, messages, friendships, followers, and business opportunities. These accounts represented a significant part of my life, and it has been heartbreaking to lose them so suddenly. As a long-time Meta Verified customer and dedicated user, I am simply asking for transparency, a genuine human review, and the opportunity to recover accounts that were extremely important to me. I will be attaching screenshots and documentation related to my case. I respectfully ask that my Instagram and Facebook accounts be restored.
