@mindbody why is it impossible to find a way to talk to someone on your website? I don’t need another article telling me how to find AI support and not still be able to find it via desktop or just an easier way to talk to an agent for an issues I’ve had ongoing for over a month

Hi @mindbody on your support domain for mindbody/mindbody.io there’s some clipping occurring. I think the UI/UX folks didn’t intend for their designs to look like this. To me It’s either a sizing or CSS issue.

@mindbody my daughter and I brought a intro package for level out and wanted to try together. This allows you 3 classes for an into price, we have taken 1 but her profile is showing that she does not have any credit. Please help only 14 days to use

Difficult to engage in a wellness practice when @mindbody platform makes it so frustrating. Trying to sign up for a dojo class when you're already a member, and the platform just won't let you. No support option for users.

@mindbody Here's a bug in your software (iOS app): I simultaneously have classes remaining on a 10-class pass to my gym AND an active unlimited monthly pass to the same gym. I book a class, carefully specifying to pay with the unlimited pass ... and the 10-class pass is charged..

Mindbody & Classpass👉 Worst platforms for new entrepreneurs & small business owners!! They lied to get me to sign contract, it's taking months for customer support to help. Their chat support is a joke and it's not "their department of expertise"anything I need help with! BS

@mindbody we had someone working on our " bugs" and myriad of issues with the platform, however she went out of town for 3 weeks and we need someone STAT to help us use the basic functionality of the platform. I dont know why we are paying for a service that does not work at all.

@mindbody still no resolution - no responses from my account rep. Charges endlessly hitting despite my repeated requests to remove the subscription you still have not removed. This is so wrong.
