@mindbody my daughter and I brought a intro package for level out and wanted to try together. This allows you 3 classes for an into price, we have taken 1 but her profile is showing that she does not have any credit. Please help only 14 days to use

Difficult to engage in a wellness practice when @mindbody platform makes it so frustrating. Trying to sign up for a dojo class when you're already a member, and the platform just won't let you. No support option for users.

@mindbody Here's a bug in your software (iOS app): I simultaneously have classes remaining on a 10-class pass to my gym AND an active unlimited monthly pass to the same gym. I book a class, carefully specifying to pay with the unlimited pass ... and the 10-class pass is charged..

@mindbody we had someone working on our " bugs" and myriad of issues with the platform, however she went out of town for 3 weeks and we need someone STAT to help us use the basic functionality of the platform. I dont know why we are paying for a service that does not work at all.

Any other yoga studios having nothing but frustration and over charges from @mindbody ? Been trying to get issues including gross overcharging taken care of for two months, promised refunds, still don’t have them. There has to be better options for us and our students.
