I have a friend who moved into a home in Plano 20 years ago. Neighborhood was 100% white. Now, they're the only whites there. Everyone else is Indian. His daughter is one of the few non-Indians in her middle school.

@ProjectGokuu This is true for me- not just a perfume problem, but air “fresheners” like glade plug-ins and whatever chemicals are all over new clothes. Retailers and hotels scent the air vents- we are bombarded with carcinogenic substances in the air- I wish people would wake up to it!

They welcomed her, gave her a small gift, made it feel warm and inviting. Then they told first-time visitors to meet in the back if they wanted to join. That’s when everything changed. @HerbsandDirt No- but my sister’s indoor cat had a bad reaction to her last rabies shot. If the shot works- great- but requiring it every year or even 3 years (in TX), is too much. Immunity lasts for at least 7 years, possibly for life, according to my vet. There’s a mercury free version.

@naomirwolf Lots of us were asking questions & trying to share our stories of friends and family who were literally dropping dead or having heart attacks and strokes. We were shut down and shamed for it. Still no accountability- the only comfort is that they have to answer to God one day.

I didn’t have health insurance and paid out of pocket and spent less than $1000 on doctors’ visits last year. I did not mind skipping the endless testing. Now I am applying for medical insurance and it’s $1000 A MONTH with a 5k deductible! What?? Last time I had insurance it was half this price. And there really aren’t’choices’. How does anyone afford to function in this system?

@DrTessaT @naomirwolf It is a scam!! I had to fight for over a year to get Aetna to pay their portion of an ER visit that my son had to make after a car accident. This was after we paid our $500 co pay.

Medical insurance is a scam! I wasted >$100,000 (total) on monthly premiums for useless medical insurance with Kaiser Permanente. When I finally had an emergency, I was denied emergency medical care. I am now permanently disabled bc of that denial of medical care. I wish I never wasted one penny on medical insurance.

@naomirwolf It’s outrageous- our family plan is more than our home mortgage (we have been in our home for 23 years) and it covers less and less each year. I do not know how the younger generation will make it- they certainly won’t be able to have the life that we have had and wanted for them
