If you’re curious about some of the X clones, or if you checked them out and didn’t like, give them a(nother) look. Both BSky and Threads have gotten much better recently. Both have gained more diverse users, and Threads figured out ppl don’t want to hear about brands.

I used to drink a lot at Xmas because I thought it made things better. It actually made them so much worse. Not everyone needs sobriety, but I can personally attest I’m so much happier and healthier now. If booze just makes you miserable, please at least consider getting help.

@ChardonnayM @ekat2468 @ErinInTheMorn Yeah. I live in CA, when I came out the req was to file a motion to the court, get a date and pay a fee. I was strongly advised to buy 3 notarized copies of the order when granted, each for $40. The petition itself cost money and time off. If you’re poor you can’t do that.

Wow. The UK has now released that it will not fully recognize gender markers from several countries and US states. These are the approved countries/states which will still have recognition. The UK is going downhill fast for trans people.

I am personally observing many fake accounts which are negatively engaging (discrediting, downvoting, brigading) with my recent content describing Annie Altman's allegations of abuse against her brother Sam Altman and another brother of theirs, Jack.
