Minhaz Merchant’s ‘Era of India’ is a masterclass in storytelling. It traces India’s rise from an impoverished colony to an economic titan with clarity - somehow keeping it data-centric without being too academic. Great read for a good understanding of India’s economic rise.

The most disconcerting aspect of the US-Israel war on Iran is impotence of the UN. Even Russia & China have made little more than token effort to table resolutions in #UNSC (though vetoed by US it will stay on record) condemning a war that has taken thousands of civilian lives.

Dear #CJISuryaKant, the Supreme Court needs to put its house in order on reducing pending cases (as this news clip points out, 36 years for Rs 500) rather than punish #NCERT for pointing out corruption in the judiciary which is undeniable. Please support #NJAC & end the Collegium
