@Hermesparcels my wife has had 2 parcels missing for the past month now. My local driver does not deliver them. The status says its still with him. Your contact page does not help and i am unable to contact an advisor for support. This is terrible service.

@lego_el_rana @Hermesparcels @h6400 Absolute joke of a company, they cant deal with the complaints so they leave that bloody robot holly in charge to run the place. I had a package coming from America, it even got to the country but never made it home. Hermes either lose them or hire thieving delivery drivers!

May 23: on iOS update to Keepsafe version 10.5. causes problems for some accounts. We apologize for the issues you’re experiencing. As long as you do not uninstall, your content is encrypted and safe. A bug is causing trouble displaying it. We're working 24/7 to resolve it.
