昨天記者會已經說過，態度上我會深切檢討。 既然還是很多人關心，那容我說一下，當天我發的是這篇文。 我的確該檢討，不該沒有了解來譏諷的回文是誰就反應。 但結論還是要再說一次，請支持分級醫療，落實分級醫療；制度上我們會努力，但是若沒有民眾理解和配合，就會很難。

看了這位小姐，真的覺得很難過 藍白是為了毀掉這個國家，才廢掉憲法法庭 但是國家這個詞下面，是每個具體的台灣人的人生 憲法訴訟的當事人 她可能花了不知道多少年的時間，準備了多少材料，多少期待，等待，失望，又燃起希望，千辛萬苦等到憲法法庭訴訟的這一步 然後因為藍白，她又要陷入不知未來的等待 台灣人要罷免救國，就是要在現在的形勢下，接住這一個一個普通台灣人最後的希望和期待

其實就是因為個案訴訟之後出現了「性別認定法源」的需求，所以被擴張宣傳成要推免術換證。 政府會推便民措施，會推節能減碳政策，推免術幹嘛？ 原本法律上沒有對於取得男性或女性身分做定義，因為一直以來就是以生理性別作為判定，在以訴訟案件取得與生理性別不同身分的個案一一出現後，只好重新面對「國家依據什麼法律認定性別」這樣的討論。 👈目前在這裡。

@minorta 這個議題支持或反對都必需面對各方說法！ 唯有回到目前國內換證規定及法源，必免被此議題操弄。

把話講清楚。 立委的時候，（支持）免術（換證）的真的沒找過我，找我的是反對免術（換證）的人啊。 正確的說是有「對未術生理男性運動員以女性身分參與競賽，會壓縮先天生理女性運動員競賽空間」的陳情。第一次陳情是在霧峰服務處。 基於生理學專業我也認為，即使後天以荷爾蒙矯正性別特徵，在發育時期已經造成的男女生理差異依然很可能存在，要用後天荷爾蒙矯正來認定原生理男性為女性運動員，「公平」參與競賽，這樣的公平性其實很難確保，我也認同這對於原本生理女性運動員可能造成反而不公平的結果。 我們辦公室實際找了教育部來討論，並且要求若真有此現象，獎勵名額應該額外給，不能佔用原本生理女性運動員的獎額，確保生理女性運動員權益。 尤其議題涉及全中運，當時擔任立委的我，除了提醒在獎項的競爭上名為公平尊重個人權利的不公平競爭，可能影響女性運動員的升學獎勵名額之外，也提醒全中運的運動員均為未成年，政策過程必須小心是否家長或教練以跨性治療之名，傷害尚未能自我決定的未成年運動員，這是非常有道德爭議的部分，要非常注意。 斷章取義找我當稻草人攻擊，對我們想要保障的權益討論完全沒有幫助。

不想簡化議題去談，是不想傷害其實一直默默生活的跨性或多元性別朋友，我清楚知道或許有人想要用最極端那群人來取得議題地位，但多數其實默默需要保護的人卻受傷了。 我記得我門診那些告訴我他們每天早上起床看著認為不該在自己身上的乳房/陰莖，巴不得自己用刀子割掉它們的跨性病人們，我絕對相信大多數的人，想要的就是用另一個身體過自己想要的人生。當然我不能否認或許有些人就是想要用原本的身體過自己想要爭取的那種身分，但是這其中涉及的太多細節，絕對不是簡單個體的事情，這個社會原先的運作模式會受到的衝擊，以及未成年者、關係人等等，都不是直接從個案就可以延伸到全體的。 我目前的身分沒有權限去談整個政府的方向，我只能基於醫療背景專業提供意見。 但是光是對於運動員權益和未成年者的立場，我相信我說得夠清楚了。
