Last week at #INARC9, IO Senior Bureau Official McCoy Pitt outlined a strategic realignment of U.S. engagement at @FAO to prioritize American interests and global efficiency: “Under the America First Foreign Assistance framework, the United States is resetting our approach to multilateral food security efforts. We expect FAO to return to its core mandate and deliver measurable returns for the American people. Opportunities like this help equip and inspire the next generation to pursue careers in foreign policy and international organizations.

During the @ITU Council, our reception spotlighted the U.S. three-pronged campaign: re-electing Doreen Bogdan-Martin as @ITUSecGen, electing Jennifer Warren to the Radio Regulations Board, and securing U.S. re-election to the ITU Council. At the ITU, the 🇺🇸 remains committed to keeping global communications secure, open, and reliable.
