@Noth1ngEnough no need to repeat what other comments said, but Tenna says the parental controls were "installed", implying they didn't come with the TV. this doesn't make sense to me but I also don't know how specifically parental controls work, so 🤷

I find the whole fanon idea that Tenna's got parental controls on him fascinating because I grew up with CRTs and the only parental control I remember was my dad changing the channel off HBO before the uncensored sex scene in Right Wing Action Flick #6 really got going
