@NHSuk Could you point me in the right direction please? My mum's been told she can access the My M Health COPD app, but her registration emails aren't coming through. Her Dr surgery has tried resetting the account & has now sent her to the local PCN, but no update. Help please!

@BristolAirport Hi Simon, thanks for that. It's just appeared in my inbox so obviously went on a little detour for a couple of hours before appearing! Usually it's within a couple of minutes of booking which is why I wanted to check as it hadn't appeared at the time. All sorted now! 💜

@minxywitch Hello. As long as you have the booking reference and the payment has been taken then that will be enough information. The confirmation may not have arrived due to a typo. Thanks ~Simon.

@BristolAirport A quick question - I've booked parking at the airport, got the on-screen confirmation, but no email. Is there a way to check it's definitely gone through at your end? I'd assume the Booking Confirmation screen & reference number & credit card charge is enough? 💜

@SP_EnergyPeople is there a known issue with the online account portal? I submitted my meter readings on 1st Sept, but when I go into My Account it's still showing last read 3rd Aug. However, if I click on Submit Readings, it shows 1st Sept & the right readings. No bill created?

@HSBC_UK Hello! Is there an issue with the Standing Orders part of your website & app at the moment? Trying to set up 2 SOs to my own accounts (all HSBC) & the toggle option for Standing Order in the payment screen isn't showing unless I go to Payee, then gives error H2U. Help!

@TheRAC_UK Just got my renewal quote which has jumped up again from last year - been with you for about 16 years, & yet when I phoned with a competitor's quote, I was told you can give 15% discount or 3 months extra cover - still not close to the other price. May have to leave 😭

@ellle_em I (no idea, about 16? M) like to sleep in the middle of the human's bed, & also like to sleep on the hot water bottle she provides. Apparently I should "move to one side of the bed" and "let her get under the duvet". But I'm warm & don't want to move. AITA?
