@noallit i wasn't doin anythn special for my waist! i just less intense core exercises than usual. i have a bunch of muscle all over, so maybe wider arms and hips are helping the illusion. i've heard deep core exercises slim effectively tho, i will try them out in the future

@lovelypien yeah, it's been kind of scary for me when going to the gym :/ it's probably cortisol due to restricting

@kokainsuperstar i always have a 'thigh gap' because of bow legs and hip deformity so i can't really count that, but thank you for pointing all the stuff out. i think it helps a bit since i legit can't tell how i look like anymore. i'm especially so happy about my arms potentially changing!!

@mirapien your abs are defined, you look more hourglass, your hip bones are slightly visible, your arms are thinner, you got a thigh gap.
