April 2025, Visa updates its rules- 920 pages and yes, I skimmed it all. These are the most troubling parts because they say specifically “BUT NOT LIMITED TO” This dialog leaves it open, so while they prohibit CSEM, beastiality, rape, they ALLOW FOR VAGUE RULES and DO NOT LIST EVERYTHING. They specifically state computer generated, which means all art, ai, etc. They also will label you “high risk” and monitor you extra close.
