But he has proven himself incapable of basic situational awareness in social settings and that has caused him to earn his dismissal. Period.

Maybe I wasn't clear when I wrote that tweet and it's not to diminish the situation. When you are making that much money you are being looked at much harder to see if you are worth the value. Sexual assault is serious and he should be fired, but companies look for opportunities to fire people when they aren't getting the job done was my point. You can't make mistakes when you make that much money, and you aren't returning enough value based on the contract.

@melancholynsex I received a gift like this from a formula company after my daughter died 24 hours after birth (brain tumor) it was awful. Also, a Mary Kay lady called to offer me a new mother facial. I haven’t the words to tell you how devastating this marketing is during infant grief.
