@GyftrIndia I bought a @healthians voucher from you but not able to utilise it since the healthians app is not allowing to redeem (screenshot pasted).. have raised it with their concerned team over mail & call but no resolution. It’s an open scam by healthians.. please help!

@IDFCFIRSTBank I am pissed with your app. trying to update my address, visited your couple of branches, did what they told me to do but still nothing. app is still not showing address change option while your execs assured me it will start reflecting once a/c is reactivated!

My new IDFC credit card is not getting delivered and has been disabled because of this. Even after trying for at least a week now getting no solution. Banking with you is pretty tough and except closing my account and credit cards with you seems the only option left now.

@IDFCFIRSTBank this is situation of your sec 82 branch gurgaon, where at 2.30PM your representative named Nupur was not available at desk and rest of staff is clueless. I found her doing chitchat outside while leaving your branch after waiting for 15 mins. What a joke!

at 10:30 PM I am fighting for the rightful at outlet even after ordering online around 90mins back please take strict action on fraud employees like Lavkush because of whom we can not trust on even genuine poor employees and their personal requests in case of any such instances
