Since they didn't get their gerrymandered redistricting map, they're debating lowering the mandatory retirement age for the Court to 54. Totally coincidentally, that's the age of the Court's youngest justice. Former Virginia AG @KenCuccinelli breaks down this extreme attempt to replace the Court: “They’re having conniptions on the Left. If they wanted to avoid having conniptions, they should have done this correctly in the first place. But they didn’t bother doing that because they thought they were above the law and they would just bully the court. Spanberger’s popularity is at the lowest level of any modern governor in Virginia, in large part because of this gerrymandering effort. She said, when she was campaigning, she was against gerrymandering, and then tried to pull the most extreme gerrymandering stunt in American history. This is a good example of just how tyrannically radical the communist left is willing to get, but I don’t think they’ll be able to pull that off in Virginia.”
